Ultrasound Cost in Nashville, TN

A complete abdominal ultrasound and a complete pelvic ultrasound are imaging procedures that use high-frequency sound waves to produce real-time images of structures inside the body. A technician, called a sonographer, applies gel to the skin and moves a handheld transducer over the area being imaged. The transducer sends and receives sound waves, which a computer converts into images. No radiation is involved.
