All pricing data displayed on this site is derived from machine-readable files published by hospitals as required under the CMS Price Transparency Rule (45 CFR Part 180). Numeric procedure codes are public domain facts. Hospital-provided descriptions are displayed with attribution to the source file. We do not reproduce AMA CPT® descriptors.
Hospital Correction Requests
If you represent a hospital and believe pricing data displayed on this site is incorrect, you do not need to file a DMCA notice. Please email [email protected] with the specific data you believe is incorrect and we will review it against your published CMS pricing file within 5 business days.
We welcome corrections and want our data to be accurate. Our goal is to present hospital pricing data faithfully as published.

Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). A valid DMCA notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material to be removed, including the specific URL
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Our Process
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- We will review the claim and verify it against the hospital's CMS source file.
- If the data on our site matches the hospital's own published file, we will respond with source attribution and the CMS mandate citation (45 CFR § 180) that requires hospitals to publish this data.
- If we find a legitimate error on our part, we will correct or remove the content within 5 business days.
- Counter-notification procedures are available if content is removed and you believe the removal was in error.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
- Your physical or electronic signature
